Al Williams
Hello!

I live in Meadowlakes, Texas. My son Evan is a professor of philosophy at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. My wife of thirty-five years, Louise, died in December of 2017. I've since found love again with a wonderful woman named Marta.

In 2005, I retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory, in New Mexico, where I provided database development for the Human Genome Project during most of my twenty years service.

Before relocating to New Mexico, I had worked at Datapoint in San Antonio, and then at Pennzoil in Houston.

I grew up in San Antonio where I graduated from John Marshall High School. After high school, I attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a B.A., in Computer Science (after first studying music for several years).

Music is still an important part of my life. I began as a trombone player, but bass is now my primary instrument. I particularly enjoy performing in pit orchestras for musical theater productions.

Photography is another of my passions. I'm currently using a Sony a6500. For now the best place to see my photos is on Facebook.

And speaking of Facebook (www.facebook.com/alwilliamsjr) If you want to find out what I'm up to, that's where you can find me.
